HITOP will take all the mold information, including the mold with 2D and 3D images to be permanently preservation.

HITOP has the ability to produce small and high precision molds. HITOP contains high-speed CNC, mirror spark machine and wire cutting and a series of highly precision machining equipment. There are one of the high-speed CNC machining accuracy within 0.01MM. Besides, our company has 2.5 dimensions and 3 dimension and other kinds measuring instruments.

HITOP has the ability of making large molds. HITOP consists of larger gantry CNC、double-headed spark machine、closing device and large three dimensional checkout equipment. The largest size of mold is 2500MM*3000M, the largest weight of mold is 40tons, the largest mold molding machine is 3500tons.

During the mold manufacturing process, HITOP has developed a set of perfect processing inspection standard, each procedure is strictly follow the standard to control. First and foremost is technical workers self-inspection, then after mold QC inspection, and the process implemented in the whole process of mold manufacturing, the quality of mold get guaranteed, can always ensure the satisfaction of customers.

HITOP has an excellent management team, established with a set of mature system, coupled with the reasonable development of processing technology, so that the entire production process can be smoothly and highly effective operated.
